How do you turn a simple request into real change during a nailboard practice?
Let me show you how to set a clear, powerful intention – and bring it to life.
⸻
🌱 What Is an Intention?
An intention (or request) is your clear focus or inner goal—the desire you step onto the nails with. When you stand on the board with intention, the practice activates not only your body but your whole energetic system. It helps align your physical sensations with your inner vision.
The Sadhu nailboard becomes a space where transformation begins.
⸻
🌀 How to Form Your Intention
Before the practice:
1. Ask yourself: What do I truly want right now? What matters to me most?
2. Choose one clear request.
3. Phrase it in the present tense as if it’s already real:
“I live in peace.”
“I have deep trust in life.”
“My body is healthy and strong.”
Then, close your eyes and visualize it.
Imagine how it looks, feels, smells.
If it’s a new home — what color are the walls?
If it’s a relationship — how do you feel in it?
The more details you can sense, the stronger the connection.
⸻
🔥 When You Step on the Nails
In the first 5–7 minutes, your body may react with pain or tension.
Your job is not to fight—but to breathe through it.
Some people cry. Some sing or scream. Some go silent and still. All of this is part of the release.
Let the body express. Let the energy flow. Let the intention guide you.
⸻
✨ Why Is It So Powerful?
When you’re on the board, you are fully present.
There’s no past, no future – just the now, your breath, your sensations.
And that’s where change happens.
When your intention meets your full attention, a new neural and energetic imprint is born.
That’s why working with an intention on the nails is more effective than just standing passively. You are no longer a passive observer — you become the creator of your experience.
