We don’t know the limits of what we can do, and we’ll never know until we try.
Sometimes I see fear in people’s eyes when I tell them about this ancient practice and show my Sadhu boards. This is just normal. When something you don’t know and it looks scary you are not really motivated, because you know nothing about it. I decided to share all the information and my own experience about Sadhu board practices.
Sadhu nail board practice is an ancient Indian practice and an incredible tool that can help you to cope with bad moods and negative emotions and improve your health.
The Sadhu board practice is a kind of stress-resistance simulator that teaches us to go through tension. Then this skill can be transferred to everyday life, calmly go through situations when we are tense, afraid, angry
Your mind will find a million excuses to get off the board, but you gotta continue
Understanding the purpose behind your practice is crucial. If you decided to try this practice, it's not about enduring pain, it means that you want to change something in your life. Set an intention - it helps to bring a meaning to the practice and target your attention to that.
Warm up your body with movement (yoga, qigong) and clear your mind with breathwork. Take a few deep breaths before stepping onto the nail board and diving into the practice.
During the practice take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth 2 times longer than inhale. As you exhale, try to relax your body as much as possible – use deep breathing to calm down and get into relaxed state
Pay attention to the signals your body sends you. If you want to cry, scream, laugh – just let it be. Don't push yourself too much - having too much pressure can kill your wish to continue the practice next time.
Choose the type of session that suits you best. In any case, you will get the result.

Thank you for such anamazing experience! I was on this practice for the first time. Loved it. There was a complete sense of trust and it was not as painful as I thought, my feeling of fear and pain grew into calmness and self-acceptance. The sensations after the practice were unexpectedly pleasant.
I was on a group practice, a pleasant atmosphere, I did not know what to expect, since it was the first time I stood on Sadhu nail board. This is a very strange new feeling that I never had before, such silence and tranquility, it seems to me that this is a great practice in order to distract myself from the external hustle. I had a state of lightness in my head, these feelings accompanied me long after the practice, thank you for the unusual experience, I will definitely come again.
Thank you for the individual practice, I really liked it, a comfortable introduction to the process and constant support, since it was my first time and it was important for me to feel a person next to me. I stood for the first time for 20 minutes, cried during the practice and at at the end there was an inner silence and peace. I am very pleased and will definitely come again!
Thank you for the excellent practice. I was at the group practice for the first time and managed to stand on nails for 30 minutes. Yana is very good spiritual guide, attentive, pays attention to everyone. The first 5 minutes were difficult, but when you overcome the pain barrier, you begin to enjoy the practice 🙏
