Come to me when:
Together, we’ll release what holds you back — and reconnect you with clarity, strength, and purpose.
I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I’m a family psychologist, art therapist, somatic coach, and also known as the Sadhu Master.
My work blends deep emotional guidance with powerful body-based tools like Sadhu nail board standing. I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, releasing emotional blocks, and stepping into clarity, confidence, and aligned action..
My First Encounter with Sadhu Nail Boards
My journey began in Thailand, where I stepped onto a Sadhu nail board without guidance and stood for five minutes. It was a raw, intense, and life-shifting experience.
What started as a physical challenge soon became a practice of presence, truth, and self-leadership. I began practicing daily – just 3–15 minutes each morning – and with time, something profound unfolded: I started hearing myself more clearly.
The nail board became a gateway — not just for healing, but for growth. Today, I guide others through that same doorway, combining therapeutic depth with coaching clarity.
Together, we’ll release what holds you back — and reconnect you with clarity, strength, and purpose.
I combine somatic coaching with emotional and intuitive tools to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Each session may include body-based awareness and breathwork, metaphorical cards and guided inquiry, meditations, singing bowls, shaman drum, rain/ocean sticks, koshi chimes
