How to make intention on nails

How to Set and Achieve Intentions with Sadhu Nail Board Practice

What needs to be done to make the request on nails a reality? I will tell you how to do this in this article.

Intention (or request) is the attitude to the desire (goal) with which you stand on nails. The Sadhu nail board practice changes your life, affecting your physical, psychological and energy health, and also helps you to achieve what you want.

Before the practice think about what is important to you, what do you want. Clearly articulate one particular intention (or request)  in the affirmative present tense like it already happen

Think about it, close your eyes and imagine that you already have it, that it has happened. Imagine it in detail, for example – if it is a new house, then imagine what color it is, how many floors. Imagine yourself walking into a house and seeing rooms. What size are they? What is there? Look around, the more details you present, the better. How do you feel about this?

What can you do with intention in the process of practice?

When you stand on the nails, you will feel pain the first 5-7 minutes. Your task is to relax as much as possible so that it goes away. Someone focuses on breathing, someone cries, someone sings. This is how negative emotions are spilled out and tension is relieved.

In order not to get off the board at the first and second stages, remember your intention. Concentration on your request will be the support that will help you let go of pain and continue practicing.

When you passed the pain and relax, return to the intention, as if it has already happened, perhaps you will have new ideas and insights on how to make it happen.

Why is working with intention on nails effective?

During the practice on nails, you and your thoughts are in the present moment.  There is only you and your feelings, and this is the maximum concentration of energy on one thing – your intention – that is why working with a request on nails is more effective than without them

You deserve all the best in this life, for this world created you and you are already here. If you still have questions, ask in the comments! I’ll be happy to answer them😉
